We run 33 classical Kerala therapies — Panchakarma, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Kati Vasti, Elakizhi, Nasyam, Udwarthanam and more — with an in-house Ayurvedic pharmacy that dispenses after the consultation, so you leave with the medicines in hand.

Every plan is written by the doctor after a full assessment: pulse and tongue examination, constitution analysis, and a review of your medical history, current medication, digestion and sleep. Therapies are prescribed, not picked from a menu.

We are one turn off the Sholinganallur–Medavakkam Road, with free on-site parking — about 6 km from Sholinganallur junction, 4.5 km from Medavakkam and 15 to 30 minutes from OMR, Velachery, Pallikaranai, Navalur, Kelambakkam, Siruseri, Tambaram and Chromepet.
