Usually yes: most therapies run 45 to 90 minutes, and a fourteen-session course arranged as consecutive evenings plus both weekend days is a normal way to finish one. The doctor will say when a procedure genuinely needs a rest day after it.

Common questions

Can I do a Panchakarma course without taking leave from work?

For most therapies, yes — evenings and weekends are enough. Classical Panchakarma procedures such as Virechana do need a light day afterwards, and the doctor will tell you which dates those are before you commit.
